Form for information on the right of withdrawal for consumers (not a business)

If the form is correctly completed, the information in Section 8, first paragraph, letters h, i and j of the Right of Withdrawal Act, cf. second paragraph, is deemed to have been provided.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in an unequivocal manner of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is only valid when the completed withdrawal form is sent by post or e-mail to:

You must use the cancellation form on page 2.
To comply with the cancellation period, you must fill out the cancellation form stating that you want to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. 

Effects of exercising the right of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse the payment(s) we have received from you for the current purchase, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.

Refund
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
 
Refunds come from Anne Margrethe Art by Anne Margrethe Bjerkebro.
In all cases, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
